Trips and Visits

Educational trips and visits form an important part of the learning experience of our pupils, and we encourage pupils to get fully involved in these to increase their cultural awareness and develop independence, resilience and new skills.

We offer a wide range of trips and visits, such as:

• Annual arts trips to a variety of venues such as Theatr Clwyd, Storyhouse and The Lowry
• Field trips for Geography, Business Studies and Science
• Skills development experiences for practical courses such as Learning in the Outdoors
• Residential adventure activity trips to centres such as Boreatton Park in Shropshire and Glan Llyn in Bala
• Overseas trips such as skiing, adventurous activities in the Dolomites, and a cultural Art & French trip to Paris
