Recycling Policy

The Maelor School is now part of Wrexham's Healthy Schools scheme. As part of the scheme we have joined 'Recycle With Michael'. Our school actively recycles paper, cardboard, drinks bottles and cans. Recycling containers are in all classrooms and recycling bins in the canteen collect plastic bottles and drinks cans.

All pupils are encouraged to think carefully about the importance of recycling and the school council will be monitoring the effectiveness in this area as well as considering further areas for development.
